Two common problems with surverys are:
- the survey getting too long leading to people getting bored part way through
- frustration when a question tells you 'if you answered yes to question 5 go to page 3'.
It can be difficult to write a survey that covers all the questions you want
to ask without hitting one of these problems. Make it too long
and you're audience will get bored and give up half way through.
SurveyBox™ can help minimise these problems by allowing many elements within
a survey to be conditional on previous answers.
Any section, page, question or text element can be made conditional on the answer to previously
asked questions. If all the questions on a page are conditionally excluded then the page is
not shown to the respondent.
