To prevent bias in answering questions, many of the question types in SurveyBox™ allow the answers to be
randomised. When this happens the answers are presented in a different random order each time they are displayed.
As well as the obvious use of randomisation in a list of answers, SurveyBox™ can also randomise
the answers to a sequence of questions. So for example one user may be asked about quality, value and
punctuality - in that order - while the next user is asked in a completely different order.
