SurveyBox Trial Account Registration

NOTE: At this time SurveyBox™ paid subscription is only available organisations with a UK address.

We hope to make SurveyBox™ available to the international market shortly

In the mean time international customers may explore this application with a Trial Account.

This page enables you to register for a 30 day trial account. The trial account is the equivalent of a full professional account with the following restrictions applied:

• Maximum of 2 surveys can exist at any time
• Address book size limited to 20 records
• Maximum number of responses to a survey limited to 10

Note that although the trial account limits the number of responses that can be viewed to 10, all responses are stored. If you upgrade to our professional service you will be able to see responses made in your trial period.

Before you can register for your trial account you must read and confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions and provide us with the information we require to mke your account active.

This information includes information about your organisation. Knowing about your organisation allows you to subsequently create additional user accounts that can also access your surveys.

A message will be sent to the address you enter that will contain a key to unlock your account. Without that key you will not be able to log into SurveyBox. You should choose a secure password, at least 5 characters and containing numeric characters as well as letters. The SurveyBox newsletter is sent no more than once a week. You can turn off receipt of our news letter at any time through your preference settings
